We have created your new hosting account and you should have received the account details
Just to confirm, your plan includes the following features and services
Dedicated IP per account
Guaranteed sending allowance
Up to 500 emails sent per hour
Up to 5,000 email sent per day
Send up to 150,000 emails per month
Set up of the service as follows
Validating the sending domain with SPF and DKIM records
Creating a tracking domain
Connecting the delivery, bounce and feedback servers
Create and validate the DMARC records in cPanel
Complete a test list and campaign delivery
If you are using an existing domain to host your new service please change the name servers and point to ours below

When you have changed the name servers please send the following information to our admin team and confirm the name servers have been changed (We cant complete until this has been done)

Email used to login to the InboxingPro members area and app
Domain name to use in the set up
Name to use as the from name in your campaigns
Email to use as the from email in your campaigns
SMS service
Please provide an alphanumeric sender ID up to 11 characters which is shown as the sender in 1-way messages in the UK, this is normally connected to your brand or website name
Email to send the confirmation of the service set up
Once we receive the completed information above, we normally complete the connections and validate the records within 24 hours but this can take up to 48 hours depending on propagation
Once the set up is complete we will send a confirmation to the contact email listed here
